Volunteer Packets
Before you can volunteer on campus or in your child's classroom you must complete a volunteer packet. You can download and print the forms here or stop by the front office to pick up a copy.
The instructions for volunteer packet submission:
- Volunteer Application
- Volunteer Application (Spanish)
- Code of Conduct
- Attach a copy of your driver’s license
- Once packet is complete, submit to the front office. We will record it and advise your teacher of your clearance.
